Open Space and Farmland Preservation
The Township, by Ordinance, has created an Open Space and Farmland Preservation Commission. The five-member Commission will continue to establish and promote open space and farmland preservation in Monroe. The non-partisan Commission will study, analyze and make recommendations to the Council to establish programs and projects needed to protect Monroe's natural environment.
The organizational meeting for the Open Space and Farmland Preservation Commission will meet quarterly and will be held in the Municipal Building upstairs conference room.
Meeting Dates: These meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of February, May, August & November at 7PM in the conference room.
