Notice of Sale - $36,886,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by the Township of Monroe, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey (the "Township"), for the purchase of $36,886,000* original principal amount of the Township's General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024, consisting of $22,986,000 General Improvement Bonds and $13,900,000 Water/Sewer Utility Bonds (together, the "Bonds"). All Bids (as defined below) must be submitted in their entirety via "PARITY Electronic Bid System" (PARITY) prior to 11:00 a.m., New Jersey time, on May 21, 2024 (the "Sale Date").
