This Department handles employee health issues, verification, HIPPA and EEOC compliance as well as clinical and health education.

Occupational Health & Safety is to ensure the health and safety of all employees and visitors to the Township.

Monroe Township Health and Safety Education Program

Classes offered through our program require pre-registration
Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to course start date
Only check or money order will be accepted for payment

Monroe Township is committed to the health and safety of its residents and is proud to provide health and safety related courses and demonstrations to individuals, corporations and civic groups.

The educational arm of this department has trained more than 3,000 students per year. These students are members of local EMS Agencies, Fire or Police Departments, adult communities, nursing facilities, Township school nurses or other health profressionals. The training includes everything from CPR and Basic First Aid to training Township personnel in State disaster preparedness procedures.
